Tor Freeman is an author/illustrator from London. Her books include The Toucan Brothers, Showtime for Billie and Coco, and the Digby and Olive series. In 2012 she was granted a Maurice Sendak Fellowship, and in 2017 she won the Observer/Cape/Comica graphic short story prize.
I think the work that Coram Beanstalk does helping children develop confidence in reading is so important. All children should have access to books, and encouragement and help to enjoy them. Fostering children’s skills and confidence in literacy is a vital work that we need more of.
